We have an office located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with convenient transportation because it is close to Cat Lai Port and Tan Son Nhat Airport. In addition, we also have 3 production factories located in Dong Thap, Dong Nai, Tien Giang right in the raw material area to ensure competitive prices.

  • What is your main product?

As a professional manufacturer & exporter, we specialize in the production and sales of Freeze-dried fruits, Soft dried fruits, Crispy fruits chips, dried fruit low sugar, dried fruit no sugar added or Healthy snacks and supporting packages other business from Vietnam.

2. Quality control

  • How can I control the quality of your products?

We monitor and control the quality of every order. We will check the quality at least 3 times.
The first time will send samples for you to see before starting production. The second time when the first batch of drying is completed and the last time after all products have been packed. Any unqualified products will be disqualified prior to shipping.

  • Do you have a safety certificate for your product?

All products are made from safe food grade materials and most of them have passed HACCP, ISO, Food safety certification and Test Report TUV

  • Can you guarantee no chemicals are used in the production and the products are not dangerous?

We guarantee all our dried fruits are made with 100% natural fresh fruit, no chemicals are used. All products have component test report, and we are ready to assist you to test according to your country’s standards, so you can be sure to import.

3. Production and delivery time

  • How long is the production time?

The samples will be about 3-5 working days. MOQ order will be about 15-30 working days. 20’GP container will be about 25-35 working days. 40’GP/HQ container will be about 40-50 working days.
We have experience handling large orders. We can ship the item on the requested shipping date, no later or earlier.

  • Do you have experience shipping to Amazon?

We have experience shipping to Amazon, FBA and barcode stickers are all available. We can also provide product images and package designs for Amazon sellers.

  • Do you provide free samples?

We are happy to provide our samples for you to check our quality and give you some references.
For most products, we provide free samples available in stock. But if you require the exact pattern you want, we will charge a small sample fee for custom designs.
Sample charge is refundable when the order reaches certain quantity. We usually send samples by FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have a carrier or shipping agent account in Vietnam, we can send the sample to your agent’s address, and you will have it delivered to your account.
If there is no one to assist, then you can pay the shipping fee through our PayPal, we will ship the goods to our account. It takes about 5-7 days, you receive

4. Payment and order

  • What are your payment terms?
  • T/T payment: we usually accept 40% deposit, 60% balance paid after production finish and before shipment or after goods pass customs inspection and have copy B/L.
  • L/C payment: we only immediately accept irrevocable L/C, opened and issued by a reputable and reliable international bank approved by our side.
  • PayPal, Western Union or Money Gram payment: Only support small amount as sample fee.
  • How do we make payment?

We would like you to make the payment through the Bank. It is designed to better protect buyers and make transactions easier for both buyers and sellers.

  • How can I make an order?

You can choose our website type fruits for the items you need, then contact our sales via live chat or send e-mail. They can then generate a PI based on all your requirements and confirm all the product details with you.

  • MOQ quantity?

Normally our MOQ is from 100 kg. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please tell us how many parts you need, we will calculate the cost accordingly, hope you can place a large order after checking our product quality and knowing our service.

5. OEM Service

  • Can you put our logo on the product and packaging?

Yes, we can print the Label according to your information. For the packaging, we can do the head card or color box according to your design.

  • Can you customize the product?

Yes, we can. We can tailor the structure and size to better meet your purposes. We can customize products according to your design. Or you tell me what you need, and we can design for you.

  • What file format do you need if I want to design my own?

We have our own designer in the factory. So you can provide JPG, AI or PDF files, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or screen print for your final confirmation based on engineering
