Return And Refund Policy
General provisions
In order to ensure the interests of consumers, improve the quality of after-sales service, FruitBuys will support you to change a new product of the same type if the product has a problem that cannot be fixed immediately (due to the fault of the manufacturer). Products can only be exchanged when the following conditions are fully met.
Terms and conditions for return
- Products can only be exchanged within a period of 45 days from the time the goods are cleared.
- The product must have FruitBuys’s or manufacturer’s seal intact.
- The product is determined to have a technical defect by the employees of FruitBuys or the manufacturer.
- The returned product must be in its original packaging, Styrofoam and full accessories attached, promotional gifts (if any) …
- The returned product is not defective in appearance (damaged, changed in weight, etc.)
- The product when received back must have all accompanying documents such as.
- You will return the goods to us at the address at Warehouse: 229/4/9A Tay Thanh, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. All shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Cases do not accept refund
- You want to change the type, model but do not notify FruitBuys in advance.
- Failure to use the product in accordance with the instructions may cause damage to the product.
- It is you who affect the external condition of the product such as tearing the packaging, scratching, scratching, breaking, etc.
- The product has been checked and signed by you to confirm the status, but then you request to return the goods due to defects in appearance (scratches, dents, yellowing, broken …).
Return & Refund of FruitBuys Process
You contact FruitBuys directly. After receiving the Certificate of Goods Condition with damaged goods that cannot be used, the exchange will be made according to the regulations of FruitBuys Vietnam.
The process of handling exchange or return procedures is carried out within 30 days from the date of receipt of sufficient information, defective goods and return documents as prescribed from the customer.
