ORDERING POLICY & PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

At FruitBuys Vietnam, we specialize in B2B wholesale and export. Our policies are designed to facilitate commercial transactions, ensuring transparency in pricing, product consistency, and legal compliance for our partners.

I. Order Processing & Confirmation

1. Placing an Order

• Small/Sample Orders: Can be placed directly via our website shopping cart.
• Wholesale/Bulk Orders: We recommend contacting our sales team for a Proforma Invoice (PI) to get the best shipping rates and volume discounts.
• Contract Formation: A binding contract is formed only when FruitBuys Vietnam sends a written Order Confirmation or a signed Sales Contract. An automated email acknowledging receipt of an order does not constitute acceptance.

2. Modification & Cancellation

• Before Processing: You may cancel or modify your order free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not entered the packaging/shipping stage.
• After Processing: Once the goods are packed or handed to the carrier, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Custom/OEM Orders: Orders involving Private Labeling (OEM) or special packaging cannot be cancelled once the deposit is paid and production has started.

II. Pricing & Currency

1. Wholesale Pricing Structure

• Dynamic Pricing: As agricultural products, prices for dried fruits may fluctuate based on seasonal harvests and raw material costs.
• Currency: All standard prices are listed in USD.
• Exclusions: Unless specified as “DDP” (Delivered Duty Paid), our website prices are Ex-Works (EXW) or FOB. They DO NOT include:
• International Shipping costs (calculated at checkout or via quote).
• Import Duties, VAT, and Customs Fees at the destination country.

2. Volume Discounts

We operate on a tiered pricing model. The more you buy, the lower the unit price. Please contact us for a quote on container-load shipments (LCL/FCL).

III. Product Specifications & Natural Variations

1. “Nature is not a Printer”

Our products are made from real, natural fruits. Unlike manufactured plastic goods, agricultural products have natural variations.

• Visuals: Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes.
• Reality: Slight variations in color, shape, and texture may occur between batches due to harvest seasons (e.g., a mango harvested in the rainy season may have a slightly different hue than in the dry season).
• Guarantee: We guarantee the taste, nutritional value, and safety standards will always meet the agreed specifications (ISO/HACCP).

2. Shelf Life & Storage

• We guarantee a minimum remaining shelf-life of 12-18 months upon shipment for most dried products.
• The Buyer is responsible for maintaining proper storage conditions (cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight) to preserve product quality after receipt.

IV. Commercial Use & Resale Authorization

This section explicitly overrides any previous “Personal Use Only” clauses.

1. Authorized for Resale

FruitBuys Vietnam authorizes the Buyer to resell, distribute, and market our products under the FruitBuys brand or under the Buyer’s own brand (Private Label/OEM), provided that:

• The Buyer complies with all local laws in the destination country.
• The products are not altered or adulterated in a way that compromises food safety.

2. Regulatory Compliance (Labeling & Import)

• Our Responsibility: We provide the standard Certificate of Analysis (COA), Certificate of Origin (C/O), and Phytosanitary Certificate for export clearance in Vietnam.
• Your Responsibility: As the importer/distributor, you are responsible for ensuring the product packaging and labeling comply with your local regulations (e.g., FDA in USA, EFSA in Europe). If you need specific labeling adjustments, you must inform us before production.

V. FAQ – Ordering & Products

Q: Can I request a specific shelf-life for my order?
A: Yes. For wholesale orders, we ensure the production date is fresh (within 30 days of shipment).

Q: Do you offer Private Label (OEM) services?
A: Yes. We can print your logo and design on the packaging. This service requires a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and a deposit for packaging cylinders/molds.

Q: What if the product color looks different from the sample?
A: Natural oxidation or seasonal sugar content can affect color slightly. However, if the deviation is significant, please follow our Claims Policy (report within 3-7 days).

Q: Are your products certified?
A: Yes, our facilities are HACCP/ISO certified. We can provide documentation upon request for your customs clearance.
